Eddie deserves far more than a commission and a positive review for what he did for our family. My wife met Eddie right when we started looking for a new place in January of this year. The third place we looked at together turned out to be our dream home. This was a challenge because it is a great property in a great location, and we still had a house to sell. So as excited as we were, this was our third home purchase, and we were experienced enough to know that our chances of getting the house like this, as early in the process as we were, were slim at best. What happened in the intervening months was at times nothing short of miraculous. Long story short, we got the house - found it in February and were living there by the end of March. There's no way this would have happened had we not been working with Eddie. There were difficult obstacles at just about every turn (as there will be). Eddie stayed laser-focused on the process and got us across the finish line both with the new home purchase and with selling our old place. The sale of our old home was challenging due to the sudden turbulence in the macroeconomic climate that developed this past Spring. This, along with some serious problems that arose in our neighborhood (chiefly another seller who was under duress and pushing prices down), made our home sale a rollercoaster. Again, Eddie stayed so attentive to our needs and our sale throughout that we managed to get through it just fine. I have some experience buying/selling homes now, and I honestly don't think we would have been successful either with our purchase or with our sale (at least not getting anywhere near the price we wanted) had we been working with a different realtor. Life throws you curveballs sometimes in situations like these, and at times, we seemed to be getting all curveballs. Eddie was unfazed. His knowledge of real estate, his incredible connections (with painters, contractors, chimney inspectors, and literally everything), as well as his energy, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm, were all essential. He is a terrific cheerleader, and I needed one. We got our dream home in California, which is something I wasn't sure would be possible in this lifetime. We are so happy here! Home sales are so much more than transactions. A new home is the spiritual epicenter of your entire life, and your children's lives. The process deserves more respect and appreciation than it receives. Eddie understands that, and he treated the process like it was as important to himself as it was to us. Working with him changed our lives for the better. I’ll be forever grateful to him. We owe him far more than a positive review.
