I had a great experience with Eddie. My mom's home needed a fair amount of renovation. Eddie was great at helping to decide what should be done. He also provided great trades to get the work done on a very accelerated schedule. He is great at communication and answering any questions I had during the process.

His knowledge of the market was really the key on deciding where to price the property to get the maximum benefit. In addition, Eddie's advice on reviewing the multiple offers was important to gauge which offer in the long run is the best.

It was a positive experience for me to have Eddie's knowledge, experience in the local market and true understanding of the best way to stage and present the house. In the end we got a really good price and I am happy to have connected with Eddie.
