Eddie is a very knowledgeable person in the real estate business. He represented us for buying our first home. He stood by us firmly throughout the process, answering all our questions, punctual to meetings, prompt response via text/email and focusing on details of the house. Our 30 day closing was only possible due to his dedication to work. He is a man of his words. As for example, he noticed a fence board missing in our backyard and we had talked about it slightly during the process. On the day of our move, he come to say hi to help out on our move as well as brought hammer and a nail to fix the board. I would highly recommend Eddie to anyone to. His knowledge and professionalism goes above and beyond.

I could not have asked for a better real estate agent working in our corner to find us a new home. It was completely by chance that we found Eddie through Zillow and some time went by before we reached out to him again. When I found the home I wanted to call my own, I texted him on a Sunday evening to see if we could see it the following day. He responded right away and before we knew it we were putting an offer in against several other people. Eddie is amazing! Our house search started in the Santa Rosa area and luckily, we managed to land Eddie as our real estate agent. Eddie is very pleasant to work with and available on demand. His communication was very thorough throughout the whole house buying process. Eddie understands the housing market in the area and was able to locate the perfect house for us. After sales support was great, he took care of the transfer documents for the solar contract as well as the house insurance for us. He is everything you could ask for whether buying or selling your home. Very honest and trustworthy HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Eddie is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with! He was extremely responsive, well-versed on the market and best practices when it comes to getting in a winning bid, and was such a pleasure to work with. We had a 3 week closing and Eddie really made sure that everything kept running smoothly and on time which was invaluable given how complicated our situation was. There were many times Eddie would go above and beyond his call of duty...for example, going to the county office to look up what permits were on file for the property. I never quite understood the extent to which a good real estate agent goes when working with their clients and I would say he easily exceeded any expectations we could ever have. I feel so lucky that we found Eddie and hope we have the opportunity to use him again one day. (PS: I write about 1 review every 5 years, Eddie was just too good to not recommend!)

Sold a Single Family home in 2019 in Santa rosa, CA.

When it comes to impressively competent realtors, I can't recommend Eddie Stevens as enough. His personable professionalism and expertise is immeasurable. But what my family and I appreciate the most about Eddie, is how sensitive and compassionate he was with my family as we worked through the difficult transaction of selling my mom's house after she passed away. He recognized how emotional of a time it was for us and did a lot of load carrying on what I figured was our behalf - such as securing competitive contractors for pest eradication/dry rot work, painting, handyman/fix it items, stager, and a landscaper. He coordinated everyone on time and budget. He even installed his own solar lights in the front yard to make the "twillight photo" of mom's home look exceptional for the listing. Eddie has a wonderful sense of humor and was patient while coordinating with my several family members on approvals and signings. (He gives the gentlest of nudges when needing to get something done that's time-sensitive.) After working with Eddie so closely over the last two months to prep our home and sell it, he's become our newest family friend. (Side note - we received two offers within four days of it going on the market - and a softening market at that!) There's no task above or beneath him when he's in his element as a trusted, highly-skilled realtor and negotiator. Of all the people I've ever had to rely on in my life for help with transactions that are both personal and business in nature, he's the very, very best.

Bought and sold a Condo home in 2022 in Rohnert park, CA.

I was fortunate enough to meet and work with Eddie Stevens of Re/Max on the sale of my condominium in Rohnert Park, which closed escrow on 9/28/22. Eddie represented the buyer, who had been looking for a condo in a specific area, and Eddie successfully negotiated the deal in an off-market pocket listing, which meant I didn’t have to list my property on MLS and go through the hassle and time-consuming process of staging, showing, and dealing with the headache of vetting other potential buyers. We were able to close quickly, and it was a win-win for both the buyer and me. Eddie’s knowledge of the ins and outs of real estate is unsurpassed. He is very knowledgeable about the plethora of documents to be completed, fair market value and broker price opinions, and he has excellent negotiation skills to get the deal done. He also has a keen eye for upgrades and improvements that can be done to a property to make it desirable for buyers, and he makes suggestions and recommendations on how to get top dollar for your property.
