As we do not live in the Santa Rosa area, we were randomly assigned to Eddie Stevens through requesting to tour a house. We initially met Eddie at the front door of the first home we looked at in Santa Rosa! It didn’t take long to realize that we were quite fortunate to have found a wonderful realtor whom we could trust, so promptly retained Eddie to facilitate our way through the ensuing eight-month “adventure” to find our perfect second home. Eddie was always readily available to answer our questions or seek our requested information, as well as research homes for us to tour, on sometimes very short notice, as we found opportunities to drive the 265 miles from our home to Santa Rosa. He also happily embraced the frequent presence of our two active young granddaughters and made them feel they were important members of the “team”, as well. They created their own unique title for Eddie: “Tom Freddy, our nice realtor friend”! The insight, enthusiasm and skill shown in leading us through such a complex and sometimes overwhelming process was very reassuring. We knew Eddie held our best welfare as the focus of his service to our family. Eddie was also very fun to work with and we enjoyed getting to know about his own life and family background. Now that the “business” of buying a home is done, we hope to remain personal friends with Eddie after we make the move to live part-time in Santa Rosa. Wow where do I start, Eddie is amazing, from the start of house search he took us all around the neighbor spent the whole day and viewed 7 houses. Also did couple more viewings. After all tried multiple tries and offers to different houses. Finally found one during the holidays was able to help us close the deal and worked in all different areas even things that weren't his job but was always helpful in any way he could. Got connections for everything house inspections, repairs, handyman, even after the sale follow up of making sure things were taken care off. Don't expect this but Even on move day was there and helped move in. Would highly recommend Eddie for the job
