Eddie is a fantastic agent. We met him at an open house when we were looking in the Novato area. After several months, we decided to focus our search just outside of Eddie's regular territory San Rafael - where he agreed to continue to represent us and draw from his colleague's focus area of expertise to ensure we would have the best representation as new buyers. He not only helped us negotiate a highly competitive offer - he worked closely with his consortium and the listing agent and was able to get us our dream home. On top of that, COVID-19 hit just as we were ready to close. The current owner was very old and frail and we needed to work with them to allow them to SIP and rent back from us until his retirement home could make an allowance to let him move in. This was the longest home purchase imaginable - we had a 21 day close wrapping on 3/23 and moved in on 5/1. Eddie went above and beyond, managing the situation as calmly and amenably possible to ensure everyone was safe and able to move within a window of time that was constantly changing. The orchestration was stressful for all, but Eddie met us with a fantastic can-do attitude and ensured we were able to move in without losing any mortgage income and before we became "homeless" with our former property. On our move in day, he met us at the property, masked up and 6 feet away, with a bottle of wine and a huge smile. He made sure the property was deep cleaned for us upon move in. Eddie is helpful, professional, friendly, and truly loves what he does. I don't think we would be living here now if he had not been our agent. I can't recommend him highly enough!
