Eddie was amazing to work with from day 1. We needed to renovate the townhouse substantially and he was able to make the right recommendations on what do with estimates of what it should cost. He advised what should be done and what didn't need to be done. He was able to connect me with trades for the painting, roofing, flooring and general work very quickly. Each one was great to work with and and priced well. We had great showings and many offers to choose. With Eddie's expertise, he was able to guide me through which offers would be best and in what order we should take them. Great communication on a regular basis as i managed this from Arizona. He knows the market incredibly well which added tremendous credibility. Love working with him and would do it again if I had the property to sell or buy. Enjoyed the experience very much.

Wow, where do I begin? What a total stud! Super personable, funny, knowledable, and genuinely cares about his clients best interests. My family and I spent 2 long months with the guy trying to find the "right" house, and he always answered or called back within minutes. Eddie always made time for us to go see properties (even up to 5 at a pop). Look no further people this guy is for real! I've even recently made him the Godfather of my daughter Rachael. Kind of weird I know, but that man is that cool. If I had one word to describe Eddie " The Stud" Stevens, it would be "legit".
